The most useful thing you can send is a correction. If a number here is wrong — especially a safe internal temperature — tell us and it gets fixed the same day. Requests for foods we have not indexed are welcome too, though each one needs a source we trust before it can be published.
A number looks wrong
Tell us which page and what you think it should be. If you have a source, even better. Safety corrections jump the queue.
A food is missing
There are gaps we know about. Some foods are absent because no manufacturer publishes a figure we would be willing to cite.
Sourcing questions
Every figure names its publisher and the date we last checked it. Ask if something is unclear or a link has gone dead.
Not a recipe service. We cannot advise on whether a specific piece of food is safe to eat, diagnose a fault with your appliance, or help with a dietary or medical question. For food safety, check with your national authority; for appliance faults, the manufacturer. Please also read the disclaimer.
