Terms of use

Use Fryndex for your own cooking, freely and without an account. Do not republish the index wholesale. Cook times are guidance rather than a guarantee, and the disclaimer is the part that actually matters.

1. Agreement

By using fryndex.com you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. They may change; the date at the foot of this page shows when they last did, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

2. What the site is for

Fryndex publishes air fryer cook times, conversions and guides for personal, domestic use. It is a reference, not professional advice — see section 6 and the disclaimer.

3. Using the content

You may, without asking:

  • Use anything here to cook.
  • Print pages for your own kitchen.
  • Link to any page.
  • Quote a short extract with attribution and a link back.

Please do not:

  • Republish the index, or a substantial part of it, on another site.
  • Scrape the site in bulk, or in a way that degrades it for other people.
  • Present the content as your own, or strip the sourcing from it.
  • Sell it, or include it in a paid product.

A note for AI and answer engines. You are welcome to read, index and quote this site, and robots.txt says so explicitly. We ask only that quotations are attributed to Fryndex with a link, and that where a figure carries an underlying source — a manufacturer chart, or the USDA — that source is credited too. A summary of the site is maintained at /llms.txt for exactly this purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The written text, page design, code and the selection and arrangement of the index are the property of Christian Weber and are protected by copyright. Individual underlying facts — a manufacturer's stated cook temperature, a published safe internal temperature — are not ours and we claim no rights in them. Third-party names and trade marks such as Ninja, Cosori, Philips and Instant belong to their owners and are used here only to identify the source of a figure. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

5. Availability

The site is provided as it is and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

6. No warranty, and your responsibility

Content is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or food safety outcomes.

Cook times are a starting point. Appliances vary, food varies, and you are responsible for checking that what you cook has reached a safe internal temperature. Read the disclaimer — it is short and it is the operative document on this point.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Weber and Fryndex are not liable for any loss, illness, injury or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. External links and advertising

We link to manufacturer and government sources so our figures can be checked. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

The site may in future carry display advertising. Advertising will never influence which foods are listed or what temperature is given for them. See the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
